when somebody tries to delete somebody... (and has no permissions to do so) there will be an error:

other problem:
The permission are buggy if you ask me :S if u give a new user permission of a group nothing happens... if i look over the shoulder of old member with same permission they work :S

Depends on how you're giving them the permission.  Ungrouped Members means *ungrouped* not all members.

tryed them all :( ended up deleting  testuser

the old and new member "had" the same settings overall :S
