Installed Packages list shows everything Uninstalled

Hi,  I am having an issue where my SMF 2.0b4 forum is showing my 3 installed and applied mods as not installed.. its strange, I have no clue when or how i did this. All the mods it claims are not installed are still working great though.

I only need this fixed so that I can uninstall and upgrade the SimplePortal mod.  It it very very possible that I caused this issue through some action of mine.

any help is appreciated!
