changing the registration agreement

hi
i want to add/change the registration agreement but i have changed the text in
admin/registration/registration agreement
but it doesn't change the agreement when you try and register?
i'm using 2.0.2

i thought that was how to change it?
am i missing something?????

I just changed and tested my agreement and it worked

i've tried quite a few times and it doesn't change it?

well i just looked through the files on the server and found 3 agreement txt files
in the admin it only shows 2 choses so i edited it directly through the server files and it worked.

very strange why it doesn't work by doing it thru the admin side tho?
