[BUG]Permissions

When you have Admin as a secondary membergroup instead of primary, you have almost all the permissions of admins, except you cant modify peoples member groups.

That's exactly the setup I have (for months now!) and I can edit people's membergroups.

Seems that i somehow removed my secondary group, so i wasnt an admin after all.
