Thank you for your help guys, but I don't get it. I've changed my folder name in my FTP file manager from wp-forums to forums and added the repair.php file into that folder. It kinda fixed it but when I try click a topic it gives me a 404 page not found error. I also think the favicon is fixed but I am not sure because I just uploaded it in the folder.

You are browsing over to repair_settings after you upload it aren't you?  Then change all the paths accordingly.  You may still have to change the theme path manually from the admin control panel, that one tripped me up recently...

Is that an SMF forum? I couldn't tell from the credits/copyright.

Anyway, looking at the source of the [new] home page, it looks like you've not run repair_settings to completion:
