After 'Report post' limit, post becomes unapproved

Yeah, abuses are always possible.
On "big forums" it could be possible to balance the effects with some kind of intermediate step, for example the 3 reports could put the post in ignore (i.e. just hidded and "click here to view it") in that state other members could "vote against the report", etc.

Most likely yes, at that step a mod is better, but we can discuss if there is something that could be put into SMF. :P
