I decided to update my site and everything seemed to go fine.
Navigating it I noticed that it says that I don't have permission to remove the copyright and I need to contact the systems admin.
Since it is a Basically a fresh upgrade and I have not touched the theme, why would I be getting this weird error?

Try reuploading in FTP

/Themes
and /Sources

It should not be giving you that error on a fresh upgrade. What I'm thinking is you did not extract and replace all the files fully.

The upgrade went flawlessly, I had no problems.
I haven't posted in a while and it's April 1st.
I thought it was funny :-D
