Romanian translation complete 100% - 1.1.2

now, on www.smf.ro (download section) is available the updated and completed translations for SMF 1.1 (1.1.1) include the manual file.
you can find both version, UTF-8 and ANSI ISO-8859-2 character set

Thanks, I'll update it. Who is responsible for this? Who is the translator (team)?
I only find 1.1.1 in the download section. ??? I can't download because I'm a guest. Can someone mail it to me?

I have a problem... I tried converting html to UTF-8 and appeared a unknown   form that i didnt see it before, said something about iso-...-1 and iv'e put isa-...-2 and now the şăîţâ, that romanian language uses are ?. How can i repair it?
