Bulletin board code HELP TAB page

Thanks for letting us know you are contributing to that article.
That one is one of the "help tab" pages.  And it has already been marked for translation, and translated into several languages.
So I am always careful of any changes to such pages.
I don't want to make extra work for the translators.

I really wish there was a way to protect these pages, so changes can be discussed before they are made, but the translate extension does not allow that.

For the moment, I am going to take this out of the main article, and put it in a discussion page.
There, we can collaborate on the information, and add it back later.

Sorry for the inconvenience.  I hope you understand how important help tab pages are.

The process is not to well spelled out, is it?

I'm sorry about that.  Once I figure out what the process is supposed to be, I'll try to figure out how to let everyone know what the process is :(
