Nothing showing up for viewers outside network

Hello. I am having a problem where only the text shows up when people look at my site. The only type of images are X marks saying it cant view the images. I have the site hosted on my computer, and before you say anything I DO have the HTTP port (80) forwarded correctly. Could someone please help me fix this. It also doesnt matter what theme I use. If you need more info just ask. I really want to fix this soon.
