I need a mod by which the admin[me] can add games to the forum so people can play them and compete aganist each other in the forum and set highscore and others try to beat them in different games

Take a look at SMF Arcade.

Even though it is made for 2.0 RC3, it should be able to run on SMF 2.0.2 :)

Hit the Advanced link at the bottom of the installation page (browse packages), and set the emulation to "2.0 RC3"

Also there is another package at the SMF Arcade site made by yours truly. Check out the MochiMedia modification for the arcade, you can find it in the hack boards and there is plently of free games at MochiMedia that work with this modification. ;)
