site suspension for Large Query , help needed

i use ipage.com hosting , please tell me what to do with database so that dont suspend my site ,

Ultimate solution: Don't use free hosting.

well i am also using unlimited package which cost 35$ a year :P , i also contact with ipage , they are telling me to delete the database , this is my main site , it took year to make this database ,
only for this site i am using their hosting ,
now they reopen the ticket and their specialist will look at this matter in 24 hr , :(
