[4723] admin pages accessible even if the core feature is disabled

Not sure if it is already known or not, I noticed that some core features admin pages are accessible even if the feature itself is disabled, like:
* additional profile fields
* karma
* moderation and administration log
* post moderation
* moderation settings (for warning system)
all the other pages are redirected to something else if the core function is disabled.

Why is this in 'Fixed or Bogus'? It's valid, this behavior is not expected.

My fault.

Since it was already in the bug tracker from before I posted it I thought it was not very useful to keep it here too. :)
