Creating second page with boards.

Devicon:
I'm looking to make a quick wiki work around, simply by creating a separate page within my forums. In these boards members will be allowed to post wiki entries, and other members can reply/edit them. Pretty much the same as the current topic system, other then the fact that anyone can edit the messages.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
