Help with post Approval

I have hunted every where on how to set our forum to have all posts approved before they are posted. How do I set this up for all regular users? Please help me I am so lost. All posts on our site have got to be approved, as we have restrictions on what can be said in our forum, therefor we need to check each and every post and approve first before they appear in the forum

Hi,

it's actually easy thing,firstly activate the post moderation system

Admin -> Core Features -> Post Moderation

click the grey button on the right and save it

and then post moderation will become clickable ,click on it so you can choose your setting per membergroup basis

Maybe I am just a bonehead or something, but when I click on Admin, core features are not available. What am I missing?

Unfortunately I can not find the post moderation setting, please help. Sorry i am really a newbie.
