i will ask them to empty their cache and cookies.
and i will submit a report to avast.
storman is there any way to get delisted from these sites , or they often recheck blacklisted websites again to confirm if they are still infected or not?

They all vary, some delist automatically after a certain period, some you have to submit a request, and justspam.org is simply a pain in the rear and very unfriendly IMO. Just check out each one and see what they suggest  ;)
