I am looking for a mod that counts members post within a certain time period.

I am looking to run monthly contest, where members have to make 50 post to be entered into a drawing to win gift certificates and prizes. Is there a mod out there that can do something like this? Or can 1 be created?

Pretty cool idea.  Perhaps even tie in +karma with winning or perhaps a specialized title or something?

Shambles:
The Simple Portal block type "Top Poster" has similar functionality. On my site that block gets reset automatically each week to show the top posters (with their postcount) since the previous Sunday night - I would guess it's easily tweeked to do what you require (or at least give you some great pointers as to how to achieve exactly what you want)

Shambles thank you so much!!!! Movedgoal, your right, I did ask for help there, but I know nothing about the responses I got. I kinda wanted easy, so I asked for a mod. I really thought one might be in someones interest to make since, in this post there's 2 interested.
