help trying to change color of text in all forum title bars

+1 on Firebug
I used to edit the themes live via ftp client, but now i open the style sheet on my desktop and use firebug to find the exact elements, change them then upload it, so easy.

So for that green menu that you want to change, you right click on the green bit and select inspect element, then a block will appear on browser showing you the exact location on the stylesheet to that specific section you clicked. you can even change the image/colour there and then with firebug to see how it looks then once you get it how you want it, you can make the correct edits to the theme style sheet.

Ill add a example of where to look and how easy it is to change the colour ;)
