How do i change my menu into text links?

hi, i just converted my forums from YaBBSE to SMF and i would like to chnage my menu from buttons to text links can somone help me out?

Peter Duggan:
Uncheck Current Theme's Settings -> Theme Options and Preferences -> Show buttons as images instead of text.
