Board Mod Error

As long as whatever you want to call a board moderator is group 3, it'll be OK. But DO IT FROM THE ADMIN PANEL.

The only actual requirements are this:
Group 1 - admin
Group 2 - can be any group but it must be a global moderator type group
Group 3 - board moderators

Any other groups are fine provided there is at least one post count group with a minimum of 0 posts. Other than that, you can go nuts.
