As I'll state again, the reason why people thought there was no need was because you didn't outline anything about what issues you were to talk about. Nor any information was told after the meeting except for "Airport experiences".

Maybe because we dont want to reveal that kind of information yet. The talks were all about the future of SMF which would spoil future releases if we revealed that information.
