SMF 2.0 RC5 - Mod and Update

Hello I've SMF 2.0 RC5 integrated with webpage. You can see it here:

I'm trying to install NChat mod but it gives this message:

You can't download or install new packages because You don't have the rights to write "Packages" folder! I don't know why...

I would also like to update the forum, but since it's integred with the page, when I do it, it just "Destroy" everything.

Any tip would be welcome.
