Try posting in the mod's support topic, Aseize. After all, that's what it's there for. :)
Aseize Okaztle:
but sir, no one can make a topic in the mod support, please can you just give me a link to the board.?
MrPhil:
This isn't really a specific mod's support problem as it is a more general mod install/uninstall problem. However, this request should have been made under 1.x Support or 2.x Support board as appropriate.
It's apparent that you did not completely remove the mod the first time. Go to the mod page and look at the "Parse" instructions for that mod for your SMF version. They are the instructions for installing the mod through manual editing of your files and updates to the database. Follow them to find the code that the mod added or changed, check your files to see what's still in there, and reverse the changes. If there are any database changes, you'll need to understand them and back them out.
Once you have both copies of this mod completely removed from your forum, you can consider installing the mod again. Pay close attention to any error messages that it was unable to update one or more files -- you'll have to manually edit those files, per the Parse instructions. I would guess that's why the first installation failed to work right and you tried a second installation.
It's always a good idea to back up your files (and the database, if it will be modified) before attempting to install a mod, so you can roll back the mod installation if you don't like the mod, or something went wrong. Never install a mod a second time if something went wrong the first time, until you are sure that you've removed all traces of the first installation. SMF will make a backup of files it modifies (*.php~ files), which can be used to roll back a mod installation.

In the mod's page: http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=189
there is a button: "Support and comments for this mod", clicking it you are brought to the support topic that belongs to this mod exclusively, and there you can ask questions about it.
BTW, judging from the instructions, you have to look in Display.template.php to remove the duplicated code.
