Modify Profile is unavailable?

"The page you are looking for is either not existing or cannot be displayed!" I tend to get this error after installing (And spending hours on my board).... Ive created several masks, forums, and only downloaded one theme. The theme was uninstalled and I attempted this aswell. I have seen another on here with the same error, but they're question was unanswered as they went inactive. So far ive noticed in the detailed version information the Profile-Modify.php file was a 2.02 File, even though i installed the whole SMF 2.02. I downloaded SMF 2.0 and installed that Profile-Modify.php to my FTP server and the error continues.
The source files are there, i have re-downloaded and reinstalled them several times with hope. Nothing has been achieved or established.

First, not all all files dispalyed in "Detailed Version Information" will show as 2.0.2.
If a file from a previous version is still "current" then it will show as such. If a file is out of date then it will show in "Red" with both versions shown in the two columns.
Note: there is an exception to this as PersonalMessage.template.php will show in red even though it's up to date. It's a known issue and can be ignored.

Ok, onto your issue. Does the your forum work ok with the Default theme ?

Hmmm, please elaborate. We really need more information on exactly how you have your forum setup and when exactly do you get the error message. In other words what steps do you do that leads to the message being dispalyed ?

I just try to modify my profile and it always says it un-available or missing

This is difficult to ascertain from the information we have.
If you want to set me up with a temporary FTP account then I'll have a quick look for you.
Please read this first: A reminder about admin / ftp passwords...
If you would rather not then thats absolutely fine ;) Otherwise pm me the details (don't post here).
Alternatively, you could try to run Repair Settings.php just as a check to ensure everything else is ok.
Rotavele:
I sent you a temporary FTP password and such
