Attachments problems

Looks like attach files to posts does currently not work. It always says
"Your file is too large. The maximum attachment size allowed is 192 KB."
but my file is smaller, only 37 KB. I tried with different posts and also in the testforum. In the testforum I get a "site cannot be displayed" error.

Very odd considering I was able to put an attachment up yesterday. :-\

Yesterday it also worked for me (if I remember right), I uploaded then the spanish black mini buttons fine.

Sorry, that's max size per post.  I just increased it.

I'm trying to attach a 2.06kb zip, and it's telling me it's too large, max size is 1024kb. :-/
