Extra menu button on board

 have a question, i have installed custom form mod, at the moment i can access this via index.php?action=form however i would like to create a menu button on the one of the boards so people can access this. 'How do you add custom tabs to the Core (default) theme menu' tutorial does not work for me since the button would be in the main top menu, and i want it to be in the board menu (next to 'New topic')

it is more difficult to add an item to that location...

However, that would be in messageindex.template.php

yes, you were right and this solved my problem when I have added some code the the babylon theme, however when I change to my thame this button disappears, and the file messageindex.template.php does not exist on my theme template, so i though the theme is using this file from default theme dir, apparently not. Any solution?

if the files does not exist in your custom theme, it will use it from the DEFAULT theme - babylon is not the default theme.

yeah, that's what I said, I have modified the messageindex.template.php in /default/ dir, but still doesnt work.
