locked up mod...!

I was uploading and installing a couple mods with my package manager......
Everything was fine....til I installed      ........SimpleAds $tx
now it just show s the background and non of my site.....

Here is my site.....

 I now can't get back in to admin or anywhere else.....

    could someone tell me the files I need to go remove.... from the server.... so I can get back up......

Have you made a backup? It's looking for the adsheaders_above template. Could you try downloading the SimpleAds package and upload the *.template.php files to /Themes/Default?

lol...... of course I didn't make a backup yet..... if I did this won't have happened..... lol

Just started building it but I did enough work that I guess I should have..... my bad

  I'm not really good at this stuff yet, but I'll go try that and see if I can do it.....

the only file I see thats even close is ....Ads.template.php

and then there is ......ManageAds.template.php


 is it one of these........? or is it in the code in these......?

well I went ahead and replaced both .......
  and it still is the same.......

 is there a root file to this mod that I can remove so it doesn't try to load....?
