Sorry to hear about avatars... They might have been in a different folder than the converter expects. It expects them in
joomla_directory/media/kunena/avatars/users (where the default kunena 1.6 installation places them IIRC)

Ahh yeah,

Mine are in /Joomla_dir/images/comprofiler. Avatars are being managed by community builder which explains why they didn't get transfered.

me too, I ´m a beginner, who can explain how i have to do this. It´s kunena 1.7
