It should be pretty obvious, when you look at them.

I expect, for example, that you'll see a directory named "Sources".

With your FTP client, if you see that directory, in both the source and target windows, you'll know you're in the right place.

Then, just copy everything from the source (The files/directories on your computer) to the destination (The files/directories on your site).

but can i delete the site map totally and install another? if yes how?
