Big Forum Operator

Hello, everyone. I applied for the Big Forum Operator group many weeks ago, providing a link to my forum with over 500000 posts, along with proof of my ownership, and still haven't received any reply. Is it usual to wait this long or did I do something wrong? Thanks in advance.
