How to add a bit of text above my Subject box?

floridaflatlander:
You'll have to play with it around line 170-175 on Post.template.php look for id post_header

Vahid‎‎ ‎Damanafshan:
Could you please clarify this more?

Suki:
Attach your Theme's Post.template.php  if your theme doesn't have one, attach the one from the default theme. and tell me what do you want to add.

Keep in mind that the files to edit depends on what exactly are you trying to do here.

See the attached file which is from the default theme.

I want something like the following:
1- bla bla ...
2- bla bla ...
3- bla bla ...
By the way, I need some tags like bold, url and size to format the text.
One more thing: Is there a way to display the text only for the Newbie group (with less than 50 posts)? In other words, members with more than 50 posts can be excluded from displaying the text.

Edit: My forum is in Persian which is a right-to-left language and the language strings should be saved in utf8.
