Poll Database error

Hi,

Im getting this error if I try to vote on a poll:
Database Error
Column: 'ID_MEMBER' in on clause is ambiguous
File: /home/clanlag/public_html/forum/Sources/Poll.php
Line: 97

and normal users are just getting a message that theres something wrong with the database.
The board cant find errors in the database and so cant phpMyAdmin, I dont know how to fix this problem (dunno what to change in poll.php)

How can I fix this?

CoreISP:
Uploaded the poll.php from the upgrade .zip and it works fine now :)
