That's really weird.

EDIT: I just tried to upload a 50kb animated gif and it did the same thing to me... Something weird is going on that's causing it to mis-calculate the file size.

"Fixed, forgot to multiply by 1024. Max size was 1024 bytes ;)"

This user http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?action=profile;u=2263 says he cant attach anything, there arent showing "attac" box  at all. All he sees in  Additional Options... is "Notify me of replies. Return to this topic. and Don't use smileys". Is this some permissions thing?
