2.0 SMilies Broke

For fun I upgraded to 2.0.
After the upgrade I can not see the smilies, but I can see the Topic Icons.
The smiley link that shows up, points to
/Smileys/1/tongue.gif
and not
/Smileys/default/tongue.gif

Any idea how that happened?
I am using the default theme, smiles, topic icons, etc.

Do the smiley settings point to the correct location?

Yep! For the life of me it makes no sense.
now if I make a folder called /1 and copy the smileys in it, they show up, but you cant click on them.

Woops by bad. Do you have a link to your forum? Any JS errors?
