Resize missing after upgrade

I've upgrade my forum from Beta 3 to Beta 4 and now there is no resize line on my default theme?

It's always good to provide the solution to your problem if you resolved it so others who have similar issues may benefit from it. What was the resolution? Upload the files again and run upgrade process?

Solution is CTRL+F5. :D

I've uploaded large upgrade, run upgrade.php.

After that good refresh of page and there it is... :)
