OK Folks what I want to know is would it be possible to make a form with specific questions etc that when submitted would then be displayed in a forum in a specific format that others can't change? Like an announcement forum?

Do you mean some automated method of posting from an outside source?

Like a form that asks Name, email, kind of dog? number of animals? is your car blue? do you own a home? etc. Than have this forum automatically formatted in color, style etc and output to a forum that used like and announcement board?
