Internet Explorer Auto Scrolls/Jumps When Viewing Topic

Adjust your zoom function ( zoom in or out ). I don't us IE for many reasons but for testing but, i think there is a setting to view the screen at 100%, 75% etc ....... ( much like the zoom in or zoom out as in FF )

Just throwing my 2 cents in here...

Users have reported this issue on my old forum with IE. Changing to "compatibility mode" in IE usually fixes the problem.

Is this still occurring?  I pasted the URL that you posted into my browser and it took me to the page just like your forum4.jpg.  Looking at the URL, that is what I would expect it to do.  I use FireFox.  If changing to compatibility mode doesn't help, consider ditching IE as many of us have done.
