I don't agree on eliminating either one of the articles at this time. One is simply a terminology article, copied from the terminology section of the old manual. It is suitable for use in a tool tip (something that used to almost work on our wiki but does not work any longer). The other, longer article, is also useful.

Actually, it's not entirely obvious at all. Wikilinks is done before any other parsing occurs, IIRC, which means it completely ignores nobbc and any other work (since were it done later it could be much more easily set up to be handled, as it could be done with a similar parsing step to how code tags work)
