Install problem

I get the following message when I try to access install.php

Unable to find the Themes/default/languages directory. Make sure you uploaded it!

I am pretty sure that Themes/default/languages exists and that it is accessable.

SMF requires at least 4.1.2 I believe but 4.2.2 or above is reccomended.  Version 4.1.2 is currently about two years old.
