Page not showing the css?

Hello, i recently moved from an old domain to a new one, and when the move was complete, the files were still pointed at the same mysql database, and I even made it where the settings was pointing at the new domain, once this all was complete, i went back to see the site, but it seems all the css is missing? I even asked my hosting if there was a problem with mysql, they said this...

But i had changed the thing in the settings.php to point at the new domain..

Can anyone help me? I can post a link to the website forum section so you can see what's actually happening... ( I have it in maintenance mode until this is fixed )

What is repair_settings.php?
This tool may prove useful. :)

repair_settings.php may not be able to fix that, might have to go into Admin > Configuration > Themes and Layout > Theme Settings to fix the URLs.
