Transform URL to link?

I have a mobile theme, and long URLs look real ugly. Is there a mod available that will change the URL display to the pages title automatically?

For example, if I post this URL:
http://www.simplemachines.org/

Instead of the URL showing up on the post this is posted:

"Simple Machines Forum - Free &..." linked to the URL.

I know about that code, but would like for the forum to do so automatically after every url posted. And the name that's used to mask the URL, I want whatever is in the <title> tags of the linked URL, to show up.

Here is mod for local url's => Show Local Url Titles
for all links you could use this => Titled Links but first check if it works on test forum (or check out mod from this site => http://idesign360.com/community/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=25 it's made by the same author as Titled Links from Mod Site) ;)
