Show two groups at once in Post display?

Hello, I have looking for a mod that will show both group badges at once.
(Show img for Post count, and group.)

I stumbled upon this image wile looking at another mod, and i noticed in the screen cap that they have two badges displayed in the profile view, where is that mod? I looked everywhere on their mods page but couldn't.
