What is this?

This modification adds a setting in Admin > Configuration > Modification Settings... > Ignore Global PM where you can enable the mod, and set the user(s) that will ignore private messages. In the user id box, you add the id of the users separated by a comma (i.e. 1,2,3) and optionally, you may set a separate custom message to display to users apart from the default message when they try to pm a user that has been defined in this mod. For all of those users, NO ONE will be able to send a PM to them. The private message will fail to send to all users (even if some are able to receive PMs) and an error message will be displayed, showing all of the users that may not receive messages, followed by your own custom message, if it is set.

This mod is particularly good if you have a forum that has a support board, however you continuously receive support messages from users that you do not wish to receive. I use it on my own forum for this purpose. Furthermore, it is designed to pass installation tests even if you have my Post PM mod installed, which modifies the same area. However, the Post PM mod must be installed first.

I've installed it and it just doesn't work :S
Does it only work in the default theme? If so, what would I have to do to get it to work on a custom theme?
Or does it not work with 2.0.4?
