2.0.2 Info Center / How to add Row and Cell ?

Hi I am using the standard theme, and I have see in another SMF forum owner, the Info Center to look divided with Row and Cell,
and to have a better clear look.

I did search the modifications area but I did not find anything that possibly does this work. 

Any ideas ?
