Disable all Mods Via MySQL??

The title says it all. Is it possible to disable all mods from the database?

Likely not as mods typically editing site files. While some do add some stuff to the database, most (if not all?) modify the php files that make SMF work or add their own. Best place to disable mods is in the Package Manager area.

Unfortunately that is what I thought. Herein lies the problem. I have another thread here where no one is able to login to the forum whatsoever and therefor I am unable to disable the mods via package manager.

Orangine:
you can always overwrite all the files with a large upgrade

Yea Orangine, I did that also. I downloaded the files all over again and re-uploaded them and the problem still exists.
