Error on "Modify Profile" options

Hello. I am getting a strange error when any member (including myself, the Administrator) goes into their profile, and clicks anything under "Modify Profile"
A bunch of code comes up on the page. This was too long for the forums, I put it on Pastebin here: http://pastebin.com/m573d601d [nofollow]

Under all of that, I get:
An Error Has Occurred!
You are not allowed to access this section
(Even though I am the administrator. Regular users get the same error)

What causes this, and how do I fix it?

Details:
SMF 2.0 Beta 3.1 Public
No packages installed (except updates)
Theme (no idea if its important or not) SMF 2.0 Default (all members are set to this as well)
PHP5

Fixed the problem.
I deleted my SMF files, and then uploaded a new copy of SMF 2.0, and its working fine now.
