LOTS of errors on site

About a month ago I added the SMF hacks classifieds and SMF photo gallery pro. Things were going fine, no errors, all the scripts were running perfectly, then Godaddy did something to the hosting on our server and all we get are errors in the subs file and alot of "Unable to verify referring url. Please go back and try again". So I tried doing a full upgrade and when I went to the upgrade.php on our site it keeps saying that it can't find the cache, but when I am on filezilla I can see that the cache folder is there. Also all of our categories on the forum are out of order. I had to go back to the default theme, because our other theme wasn't loading right either. I've run out of ideas to try and fix the problem. But even the backups of our forum that I have don't make the errors any better.
Has anyone ever had a problem like this before? Or any ideas how I can fix this?

Also do you have error's in your SMF's forum error log?

I just got off the phone with GoDaddy and they said that they don't know exactly what I'm asking but he doesn't see any changes to the account.
He did set up error logging.

We have about 64 pages of errors the other day when I looked.

Sorry it took so long my other job has been very demanding.

Any ideas or suggestions to try will be greatly appreciated.

Here's some of the errors. They mostly seem to be the same things over, but sometimes different lines. I also just posted a post about upgrading error.
