If they're not even allowing you FTP access, though, I'd dump them and see if you can find a better one, myself.

free host and may be with free domain... and your host might be for hosting free smf only... if this is the case, 99% chances is there that you will not find FTP and Package Manager also.

Please let us know your host...


Better to move your site to some other free host, but you have to purchase a domain (usually cost around 10$ a year) for getting full access.
