Probably easiest to either ask your host, or look at FTP in your CPanel.

There is no FTP Option in Cpanel ! ?

Look under the "Files" section. ;)

For installing these mods, usually you dont need FTP account. Hope you are not on free hosting... generally FTP options are there with file manager. Also for few hosts you login/password of CPanel are the login password for FTP.
