SMF main page refresh

Hi

Is their a piece of code i could incorporate into SMF PHP code so that the main page and the admin members page will auto refresh every 1 minute or so.

I have searched threw the php programing manuals with out any luck.

You can put unnecessary strain on your server and resources if this is over used, I'd be mindful of that.
